Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Cancellation: You may request a refund if you decide to cancel your enrollment in our data analytics training program before the program start date. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide written notice of cancellation to our customer support team at least 5 days prior to the program start date.
1.2 Unsatisfactory Experience: If you have participated in the program and find it unsatisfactory, you may request a refund. To be eligible for a refund based on an unsatisfactory experience, you must notify our customer support team in writing within 10 days of completing the program.

2.3 Refund Determination: Upon reviewing your refund request, we will notify you of our decision regarding your eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3.1 Course Materials and Resources: Any course materials, resources, or digital content provided as part of the training program are non-refundable.
3.2 Completed Training: Refunds will not be provided for any portion of the training program that has already been completed.
